PTV TrafficCountManagement
Quality-assured count data is an indispensable data source for modern traffic management and its planning tasks. Characteristic values aggregated from permanent or short-term count data are decisive factors for planning road traffic facilities, calibrating complex traffic models or supporting road maintenance programs.
PTV TrafficCountManagement is a system for central, database-supported and largely automated maintenance, administration, quality assurance and analysis of count data. It supports various data formats of different traffic counters and automatically imports their data into the system. For short-term counts, there is also the option of manual data entry. Plausibility checks are performed to automatically verify the incoming data. Apart from offering various display options for data analysis and correction (e.g. using historical time series), PTV TrafficCountManagement can generate standard or freely definable reports in Microsoft Excel.
