The sub-project “Net balance in individual traffic“ (NIV) focuses on the development of tools for the calculation of traffic flow and forecast and the integration of  public and private traffic management strategies  into the routing. This is the basis for the development of  routing methods. The complete system was tested in the Munich and Magdeburg test areas over a period of two months.
