MSCO – Maintenance supply chain optimisation

The main goal of the project is the development of a logistic concept to optimise the management of the maintenance supply chain. This objective shall be achieved by integrating all parties involved and synchronising the entire supply chain.

The optimisation of the complete supply chain will lead to a minimisation of the goods transports within the spare parts management segment. The core of the concept is a platform which coordinates and optimises the management of the spare parts tailored to meet specific business requirements.
