Call centres and service centres have to be able to assist customers quickly and efficiently, to contact suitable service providers and provide reliable information - whether you drive a car or support insurance customers.
Essential for the employee working in the call centre are geographical features: The employee has to localise the caller, in order to then be able to quickly find a suitable service provider nearby. The PTV components take care of these central features:
- Geocoding and localising the service provider addresses
- House number precise maps
- Real search for next according to the suitable service provider, based on road kilometres or travel time
- Locations of customers and service providers are displayed on the map
- Analysis and optimising partner networks
- Route and distance calculation, for example from the service provider to the incident location, for transparent invoicing
